We deliver our sales and upselling skills training course from bloody nose experience, not ivory tower philosophy and PowerPoints (we're not anti-PowerPoint). We only use activities and stories that are relevant to the hospitality industry and ensure that everyone is included during the session.

We also concentrate on areas that are most important to you, for example upselling wine and  knowledge or upselling higher GP products for example. If you have a few areas to concentrate on we can design a customer service training program to cover exactly what you need and for any 'difficult' team members we offer one to one/team coaching as well - whatever you need, we can help - contact one of the team for a chat 

If you'd like to buy the course and have your trainers deliver it, it is for sale and you get all the usually bits associate with a training course - tutor notes, the activity featured on the right, PowerPoint slides, handouts etc. We'll also run through the session with your trainers to ensure they thoroughly understand it.

Hospitality Sales and Upselling Skills

Our in person training course is usually from 10:00 - 15:00 (depending on your requirements). We also offer shorter sessions of 3 hours which we can deliver in person or virtually via our Zoom account. Recently one client booked the 3 hour customer service session and the 3 hour up sales session which made it a full day and went really well. 

We also offer 90 minute bitesize sessions of specific issues that you need to resolve - handling complaints, for example, embedding or re-embedding your policies and procedures.
