One of our core values is SUPPORT, and we are dedicated to assisting those in need. Weather it’s new and aspiring managers to become everyone else’s favourite manager or to give every inner-city child the opportunity to be inspired and motivated by the rugged outdoors and the challenges mountain environments have to offer.

We have recently partnered with the Mountain Training Trust (Plas y Brenin), which collaborates with the Mountain Adventure Fund (MAF), with the aim of enabling 200 children across the UK to participate in one-week outdoor activity courses in 2024.

For every one of my in person training courses booked and delivered, I commit to allocating a percentage of the fee to help run these courses. Your team will be acknowledged for this contribution during the training.
