We deliver our customer service and telephone skills training course from bloody nose experience, not ivory tower philosophy and PowerPoints (we're not anti-PowerPoint). We only use activities and stories that are relevant to your industry and ensure that everyone is included during the session. We also concentrate on areas that are most important to you, for example handling complaints or upselling for example. Our in person training course is usually from 10:00 - 15:00 (depending on your requirements). We also offer shorter sessions of 3 hours which we can deliver in person or virtually or, or 90 minutes virtually via our Zoom account.
Recently one client booked 3 x 90 minute sessions on the same day. We started at 08:00 and covered what quality service looks like on the telephone, the second session was at 11:00 and covered a call handling process following the charter they create in the first session and the third started at 14:00 which covered managing difficult call/complaints using a funnel we cover in session 2.
The sessions ran for 90 minutes with 12 learners in all three parts but I added a 30 minute Q&A at the end which was voluntary. For the ones that needed that extra support it was available and for those that didn't they went back to work and practiced what we covered - it worked really well.
