An activity that we recommend all our clients (business and social - wherever they are in the world) hold during one of their meetings is the DISC psychometric test and we have a FREE test for your team to complete and we've put together a Managing DISC E-Book for you to buy. If you've already completed one of the tests, it's a good idea to revisit them as a reminder. We re-visit our results (in our team) every 6 months to see if anything has changed or to measure individual successes.

Ultimate Leadership Meeting Etiquette Tips:
- Don't start your meeting on the hour, this implies that the meeting will run in hour blocks
- Have a strong agenda and stick to it
- Prepare well for the meeting, start on and time and finish early!
- Join in
- Listen without waiting to talk (if you're waiting to talk, you're not listening!)
- Be on time
- Clean up after yourself
- Keep your phone and laptop away unless it's relevant to the meeting (and remove smart watches)
- Encourage feedback from all members on the effectiveness of the meeting
- Be a leader, show interest in other people’s contribution and appreciation for their contribution
- Honestly - Don't bother taking minutes, it's a waste of time and no one ever reads them. Get everyone to write their own actions down and hold them accountable
- Summarise decisions and actions made, or progress made at the end of each discussion and set the date for the next meeting
