The 12 Month Action Focused Leadership Program

It really is the best leadership training program around, our trainer has delivered to companies like Stanley Black and Decker, Wembley Security Managers, Qoda, Exclusive Networks, JD Wetherspoon to name a few. The program consists of 12 full day (09:30 - 16:30) in person training courses (one per month) or 2 x 3 hours per month virtual sessions. There are lots of activities within each session that create goals for the learners to achieve when they return to work. They are designed to promote action, and because they are monthly, the managers and team leaders are held accountable to the tutor and their peers for achieving them.
