All out training sessions are action focused and it’s these actions we start with before we write and deliver the sessions. Our leadership development courses and programs aren’t tick box exercise or a day out of the office. At the end of each session goals are set and these are monitored throughout the month after the training by the learner’s line manager and the tutor if it’s a program.

During our 12-month action focused leadership training program (that we either deliver or sell to you under license) your leaders, by working and listening to their peer, begin to see themselves more clearly. They begin to develop goals and achieve actions they set themselves, not just in the month after the training as mentioned previously but throughout the year and beyond – they learn and implement new habits, they change!

Talking of change that is also a continual message throughout the program, their change management skills become second to none.

Self-awareness is the beginning of every successful physical and mental journey we take, so our first step is to help everyone in your business (at every level) understand themselves and others in a way they may not have considered before. We achieve this by using our own business management and leadership experiences (both positive and negative), effective models that we have developed, for example our communication model and change management model, DISC psychometric testing, emotional intelligence testing, conflict management assessments and a time management assessment paper to name a few – all exclusive to our training and development courses.

... then we move to the implementation of actions.

We appreciate that when developing leadership qualities every person, business and/or organisation are very different and it’s because of this we look at how each person can implement the actions and the changes necessary to move themselves and their team forward.

We don’t try to re-invent the wheel or ask your team members to move mountains.

At the beginning of any year long program we ask everyone to visualise what their future will look like in one year.

We then highlight 12 monthly steps for them to get there. These steps are monitored and appraised at the beginning of each session and WOW.

The results and impact on the team and business are staggering – better than any other training session out there that we’ve seen.
