90 Minute developing resilience Training session

Resilience is now recognised as a very important competence to demonstrate in the workplace. In the increasingly complex context of today’s working environment, the resilience of individuals, and organisations becomes critical for business success.

Many people do not take their psychological and mental health seriously. This is unfortunate as the dynamic and high-paced work environments many of us work in can take a toll on our mental health. Office employees throughout the world suffer from work-related stress and must work to manage it before they experience burnout.

Companies concerned about the health and performance of their employees have taken to implementing resilience training as a way to teach people to manage and cope in challenging situations, rather than succumb to the pressure. It is directed at changing employees’ perspective on taxing situations and making them stronger so that future issues and concerns are not as stressful for them.
